It took way too long to arrive especially after paying the full amount of the item for express shipping. When my mother received it after several delays in shipping she loved itI got this for my mom as a mother's day gift and my mom loved it. It came out exactly how I wanted it and it was just amazing and beautiful.I really liked the locket, I saw a few people complain about the picture resolution, but mine looked really good. I thought the pictures would be held down a little better, but it was basically just a picture cut and glued into the necklace. To be fair though, it was a MUCH better job then I could have done cutting those little pictures and fitting them in. All in all, I really like it.
